How to draw a realistic tree?

  Hello everyone, today i will be doing a step by step tutorial on how to draw a tree with any sort of pencils.

Firstly, we mark the top and bottom of the tree leaving around a 12 to 15 centimetre gap in between. Next, we are going start making the trunk of the tree working upward.When they reach halfway between the base and the top make a space where you want the branches to be extended and keep working until you reach the top of the tree. Now, as you reach the top make the tip a little curved and avoid drawing straight lines to give a  more tree like effective.An easy way to drop branches is drying a v-shape between your one branch that is where your two branches will be extended from also keep in mind that branches become narrower as they reach the tip. Noe, go ahead and draw the narrow triangles on the base. Extend the lines from the bottom and connect them go ahead and color in the triangles.

Start shading the bottom lightly shade in the tree and blend it.If you don't have blender you can use tissue.

Draw dark straight lines form bottom to tip and keep in mind to make these lines randomly to give a natural effect.If light coming from left so go ahead and darken the right part of the tree.Keep blending until you find the perfect contrast between the light and dark areas.

Now,to draw the leaves hold the pencil in an alligator grip with four fingers on the top use a  flat part of the pencil make small strokes around the tip of branches.There you go this is how you draw a realistic tree.
